We appreciate your interest in Jaimie's consulting services! Services are available virtually or face-to-face depending on location (she is located in Southern California).

Turnaround time. Typically you will receive an email within 24 hours after you pay for services with the next steps for working with Jaimie. Things will then move forward from there and is mostly depending on your response time. That said, Jaimie is able to keep costs down by doing consulting on the side (in addition to her full-time job) so sometimes response times can be delayed (she will let you know if there will be a delay).

Process. Depending on the package you select, you will have some tasks (all designed to helping you achieve your goals) to complete prior to scheduling an appointment with Jaimie. The faster you choose to work, the faster the process will go. If the appointment times on Calendly do not work for you, just let Jaimie know and she will work to find more mutually workable times. If you select a resume and cover letter package, Jaimie will create the first revision of your materials and then it is your responsibility to apply changes and contact her to move forward through to completion (it's this step that can delay the process).

Refunds. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds for our services but we will work with you to find options for using your funds with us.
