CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: Any interference from the Client, friends of the client or associates of the client will hinder the ability for the Company to provide the services under this agreement. Interference includes but is not limited to calling the subject, driving passed the surveillance location, or visiting locations associated with the surveillance. The Client is not to interfere with the investigation in any manner whatsoever or instruct anyone else to interfere with the investigation directly or indirectly. If the Client or anyone associated participates in the investigation during which time the Company is working for the Client, the Company will discontinue all investigative activity and the Client will forfeit any unused portion of the retainer. The Client certifies that Client has no previous history of violence and/or harassment and agrees that any and all findings will not be used as blackmail and will not be used for harassment or harm.
CLIENT MISREPRESENTATION: The Client must not misrepresent themselves in any manner regarding the investigative assignment. The Client understands that if the Company believes the Client has purposely misrepresented themselves or omitted information in this agreement, it may result in criminal or civil action against the Client.
INFORMATION SOURCE ACCURACY: Any inaccurate information provided to Company by Client which includes but not limited to inaccurate spelling may result in inaccurate or wrong information being secured for a subject. Company is not liable or responsible for the inaccuracy of information located or provided from government agencies, public information agencies, websites, or third-party information sources. Company provides no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied as the accuracy of the information that is located or received or provided. Company will not be responsible for losses or damages caused using the data provided to the Client.
CONFIDENTIALITY: During the course of the investigation the investigator(s) with Company will have access to personal, private or confidential information of the client or information used by the Client. Company and their employees agree not to disclose any information directly or indirectly related to the investigation during the terms of the agreement or any time after, except when required during the course of the investigation. All files, documents or records provided by the client shall remain the property of the Client. Company has the right to retain any copies documents, photos and/or video surveillance without prior permission from the Client. Company and their employees agree not to disclose their retention in the investigative manner or the terms of the agreement without written consent by the Client. Company at all times will keep the nature of Client relationship confidential unless required to disclose information by law.
