Help us make Trunk or Treat at Plantation Palms a night to remember!

We’re looking for families, local businesses, organizations, and community members to decorate their trunks and pass out candy to our trick-or-treaters.

Trunk Participant Agreement

By registering, I understand that I am reserving a space to participate in Plantation Palms’ Trunk or Treat. I agree to keep my display family-friendly and appropriate for children. I understand that I am responsible for my own decorations, candy/treats, and supplies unless otherwise communicated by Plantation Palms Golf Club.

Setup instructions, arrival time, and additional event information will be sent to the email address provided.

I have read and agree to the Trunk Participant Agreement.

Please review before registering:

• Each participating trunk must provide at least 250 pieces of individually wrapped candy or treats, enough to serve approximately 100 children.
• All candy and edible treats must be commercially packaged and individually wrapped.
• This is a community Trunk or Treat event and NO SELLING, SOLICITING SALES, OR ACCEPTING PAYMENTS IS PERMITTED during the event.
• Businesses and organizations are welcome to bring and distribute promotional materials, such as business cards, brochures, coupons, branded giveaways, or other marketing materials.
• Promotional materials must be family-friendly and appropriate for the event.
• Participants are responsible for providing their own decorations, candy/treats, promotional materials, and other supplies for their trunk.
• Trunk displays must be family-friendly and appropriate for children.

I understand and agree to the Trunk or Treat participation requirements, including the candy/treat requirement and no-sales policy.
