  • Note to Parents: Every precaution will be taken to ensure that your child's stay with us is a fun and SAFE experience. Occasionally, people do get hurt. WE REQUIRE THAT YOU HAVE INDIVIDUAL HEALTH INSURANCE to protect your child! In case of sickness or accident, please fill out the following health information completely and accurately for our camp records.
  • THIS MEDICAL/HEALTH FORM RELEASE FORM, SIGNED BY PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN, AND COPY OF THE CAMPER'S HEALTH INSURANCE CARD MUST BE RETURNED WITH THE RODEO BIBLE CAMP REGISTRATION FORM!!
  • MEDICAL/HEALTH INFORMATION FOR CAMPER

  • Please list all prescription medications that your child is bringing to camp, include non-prescription items such as aspirin and vitamins, and reason for taking.

  • All prescription and non-prescription medications, not necessary for the camper to carry on their person, will need to be checked in with Camp Medical Staff or Camp Director.

  • CAMPERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE GROUNDS

    • Campers are not permitted to leave the grounds without the permission of the Camp Director.

    • Everyone is expected to stay at camp until awards are presented and pictures are takenfollowing the conclusion of the rodeo on the last day.

    • Check with Camp Director for permission to leave camp early.

    CAMPERS ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND ALL SCHEDULED ACTIVITIES

    • Campers are expected to be prompt to all chapels, clinics, meals, etc. unless excused by the CampDirector.

    • Listen for the AIR HORN, this means to report to the Event Center IMMEDIATELY!This applies to all campers, instructors, leaders, and staff!

    EVERY CAMPER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR HIS/HER OWN PERSONALBELONGINGS.

    • Cell phones, Radios, CD players, iPods, mini-TV;s (any electronic device) are notpermitted at camp. (Except for staff and at the camp director’s discretion.)

    • If caught with any of these items; the item will be confiscated until the end of camp.

    DRESS IN A MANNER THAT IS PLEASING TO GOD

    • It is expected that everyone will dress in a manner that is pleasing to God and does not drawunnecessary attention to oneself or be a distraction to others. Questions in this area should be directed tothe Team Leaders and/or Team Leader Supervisor.

    • Gentlemen remove cover for all prayers.

    CHRIST-HONORING RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN BOYS AND GIRLS

    • We encourage Christ-honoring relationships between boys and girls

    • Six inch rule applies: no hand holding, no kissing, respectful manners.

    • Boys are not permitted in the area of the girl’s sleeping quarters, restrooms, or shower quarters.

    • Girls are not permitted in the area of the boy’s sleeping quarters, restrooms, or shower quarters.

    • Campers are required to stay in their sleeping quarters from the time of “lights out” until morning wakeup; leaving exceptions for special emergencies must be approved by team leader.

    MANNERS AND BEHAVIOR

    • No alcohol, tobacco (includes chewing tobacco), illegal drugs, or swearing.

    • Any case of illness, injury, or infection must be reported to the Camp Nurse and/or Camp Director atonce.

    • No one endangers the safety of or causes harm to another.

    RESPECT FOR EVENT RULES, INSTRUCTORS, AND PVRBC STAFF

    • Roping of any person is not allowed, out of control roughhousing or pranks can causes serious injury.

    • The bucking machine is under supervision of the Camp Director and whomever Director assigns, andmay be used only when one of them is running the controls.

    • Any camper defacing camp property or the property of others must pay for the damage incurred, if it isdeliberate, they will be escorted home immediately.

    ANY CAMPERS VIOLATING THESE RULES WILL EITHER BE GIVEN A WARNING, ORWILL BE REMOVED FROM THE CAMP AT THE SOLE DISCREATION OF THE CAMPPERSONNEL.

  • I hereby grant Platte Valley Rodeo Bible Camp and its volunteers, agents and assigns the rightto photograph my dependent and use of any and all photographs, any other audio-visualmaterials, and or other digital reproduction of him/her or other reproduction of his/herphysical likeness whether electronic, print, digital, or electronic publishing via the Internet forany of the following:

  • I hereby authorize the Platte Valley Rodeo Bible Camp to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish ordistribute photo(s), I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product includingwritten or electronic copy, wherein my dependent’s photo appears. Additionally, I waive anyright to royalties or other compensation arising or related to use of the photograph.

    I hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge Platte Valley Rodeo Bible Campfrom all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting in my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or mayhave by reason of this authorization.
