I hereby acknowledge that I will abide by the PLCA Gate Usage Policy:

1. Approved residents may lease from PLCA either a $10 gate card or $50 gate clicker payable via check or money order to PLCA.
2. It is the current resident's responsibility to return all gate devices to PLCA upon sale of the unit or expiration of the lease.

This device will be transferred and reprogrammed to the new resident at this time.

Failure to do so will cause those devices to be deactivated by PLCA and a new $50 gate clicker /$10 gate card lease fee incurred by the new resident.

The device must be transferred to the new resident through the PLCA office to avoid being deactivated.

Please utilize PLCA's drop box outside Q-01. PLCA gate programming hours are Monday-Friday from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM and allow 24 hours for new activation & reprogramming completion.

Recommended to new owners - please bring your gate card/clickers & payment check to PLCA, along with a copy of your deed, and ACH form with a voided check immediately following closing!! We are here to help get you set up ASAP!
