              • BOOKING POLICIES

                Cancellation Policy

                1. No cancellation is allowed once booking is submitted and confirmed.
                2. Total booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

                Rebooking Policy

                1. Free rebooking is available only when the request is made 2 weeks or more before the original booking date.
                2. Rebooking chances are allowed only to maximum of 2 rebooking dates. Rebooking that exceeds the maximum allowed is considered as non-refundable.
                3. Urgent rebooking (requests made within the 2 weeks period of booking date) will incur an additional charge of 15% of the total booking fee.
                4. Rebooking will not proceed without proof of payment of the applicable rebooking fee (for urgent rebooking requests).
                5. Upon rebooking request, guest must provide a set/final rebooking dates, tentative dates will not be accepted.
                6. In cases where natural calamities occur such as earthquakes, flash floods, and other natural difficulties that may affect your travel period, a free rebooking will be automatically granted, but cancellation is still not permitted.

                Booking Transfer Policy

                1. All bookings are transferable once upon written requests from the original guest.
                2. Transfer requests must include complete contact details and pertinent information of the new guest.
                3. The new guest will assume all responsibilities and must comply with all the terms and policies outlined in this agreement.

                Service Modifications

                1. Reducing number of guests: if the number of guests decreases on the booking date, excess fees will be converted into consumables and or other amenities (food and extras). The total booking fee remains final and cannot be reduced or refund, but additional services (billiards, swimming, and karaoke rental) may be added.
                2. Downgrading of rooms is not allowed once booking is confirmed.

              • GENERAL CONDUCT & VISITORS

                Quiet Hours Observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. 

                All visitors must register at the Front Desk with a valid ID and depart by 10:00 PM.

                Unregistered overnight guests will result in an "Extra Person" charge.

                PMJ Hotel is a strictly no-pet facility.

                PMJ Hotel is 100% Smoke-Free. Evidence of smoking (odor, ashes, or butts) results in an automatic ₱5,000.00 Fee.

                HEALTH, SAFETY & LIABILITY

                1. Guests are responsible for their own well-being. PMJ Hotel is not liable for any loss of personal property, damages, injuries, or accidents caused by the guest’s own actions.
                2. The hotel will provide immediate first aid and will report significant accidents or security issues to the nearest police station.

                 ROOM INSPECTION, DAMAGES & PENALTIES

                1. PMJ Hotel reserves the right to conduct a room check during the check-out process. Clearance from Housekeeping is required before final settlement.
                2. Housekeeping staff are mandated to take photos of any violations to serve as official evidence for the following charges:
                3. Permanent stains (e.g., oil, food, blood, mud, charcoal, makeup) incur a charge of ₱200.00 per item.
                4. A replacement fee of ₱250.00 per card/key will be charged for any lost or unreturned keycards.
                5. Breakage or removal of furniture/fixtures will be charged at full replacement value.

                ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION & CORKAGE

                1. Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited in guest rooms. Please use the designated drinking area at the Ground Floor Dining Area.
                2. Alcoholic beverages available in the Hotel Store but brought from outside will incur a corkage fee of ₱50.00 per bottle. Outside beverages not sold in our store are exempt.
