We suggest submitting any event requests at least 45 days prior to your event for design services and at least 14 days prior for balloon services to ensure you take full advantage of our services!           Once you select a date for your consultation and your form is submitted, our team will send over a digital mockup or mood board along with a projected quote for your approval. After your call, if you’re in love with the design and quote, we’ll send over your invoice and service contract. All services requires 40% deposit. Deposits are non refundable. Dates can only be rescheduled once and deposits can only be transferred to another date in the same calendar year. Your deposit solidifies your date and the remaining balance is due 7 days before your event day. Due to a high volume of inquiries, dates cannot be held without a deposit.
