  • COSTUME RENTAL AGREEMENT

  • Rentals are for 1 hour.  Popping Party Characters agrees to arrive 15 minutes before the reserved time in order to insure the customer has time to inspect the costumes and ask questions.  A total of $170 (plus travel fee if applicable) must be paid at the time of booking. ALL RENTALS HAVE A $50 REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT,  that will be refunded immediately after you return the costume, according to the payment method on file.

     

  • Customer agrees to return all pieces and parts of the rental in the condition is was given to you. Parties mutually agree, that Popping Party Characters shall have NO LIABILITY to customer for any damage to customer due to use of rented items. We make no guarantee as to fabrics, dyes or materials of any kind in any costume or accessory. CUSTOMER assumes all liability for any allergic reaction of the customer to any article of clothing or accessory. CUSTOMER further agrees Popping Party Characters is NOT LIABLE for damage or harm caused to any person or property while wearing any rental item(s) or accessory.

     

  • Costumes are mainly intended for indoor use. Excessive dragging of any costume parts on the outside ground is prohibited. Returning any rental item(s) in unsatisfactory condition or damaged in any way allows Popping Party Characters to keep the deposit for damages up to and including the full value or purchase price of said item(s). Normal wear and tear is acceptable. Rentals must be retuned in the alloted time or a $15 every 10 minutes late fee will be charged.
