Cosmetologists and barbers must provide an Indiana, Illinois, or Kentucky license to participate in the event.

Photographers main shooting must be able to work with strobes and flash for photos. Those who do not know how can still photograph behind the scenes for the event for exposure. Details are just as important for future events!

Please do not signup if you cannot commit to the event. We are solely ran off of volunteers and our time is just as valuable as the participants!
