A Note from Mina. I was honestly devastated to have to cancel our in-person retreat last year. There are so many factors that go into a decision to invest time and money in this event, I really want to get the right formula.
Here are some of my questions. Are in-person retreats and conferences still viable? How long is long enough but not too long? How important is the quality of the venue versus the cost? When is the best time to do it?
Sidebar: Because of my close association and leadership responsibilities over the years with Texas Coaches Coalition (whose annual retreat is always in March), I feel it could be an ethical conflict of interest to promote my retreat within +/- 2 months of theirs. Therefore, I'm focused on months starting in June and after. Probably July and August are complicated by vacations.

I'm hopeful and excited about possibly offering another retreat sometime in 2027, but only if it makes sense for quite a few people. Can you help me do that? I would be forever grateful.
