Vendor Agreement By checking this box, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the following: I understand that submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the event. If approved, payment must be received by the stated deadline to secure my space. Failure to pay may result in my space being offered to another vendor. Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Prairie Community Events. Refunds will not be issued due to weather, poor attendance, personal circumstances, or vendor cancellations. I am responsible for supplying my own equipment, including tables, chairs, tents, displays, extension cords, and any other items required for my booth unless otherwise advised. I agree to arrive during the designated setup time and remain set up until the official closing time of the event unless otherwise approved by the organizer. I am responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and professional booth and for removing all waste from my space before leaving. I understand that I am responsible for complying with all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws, regulations, permits, licences, and health requirements relating to my products or services. I accept full responsibility for any loss, theft, damage, injury, or liability relating to my participation in the event. Prairie Community Events, the venue, event partners, sponsors, volunteers, and organizers shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from my participation. I grant Prairie Community Events permission to photograph or record my booth, products, staff, and displays for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation. I agree to conduct myself in a respectful and professional manner and understand that inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund. I understand that booth placement is determined by the organizer and may change if necessary to ensure the best overall event layout. I acknowledge that Prairie Community Events reserves the right to refuse or cancel participation if these terms are not followed.
