I acknowledge that one 8-foot table is included.
I understand I am responsible for additional displays, table coverings, shelving, signage, and decorations.
I agree that the fee is due within 48 hours of acceptance unless other arrangements are approved.
I will keep my booth fully set up and staffed from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
I agree to sell only approved products.
I understand that only one business may operate per space unless prior written approval is granted.
I understand the organizer may refuse products that differ significantly from my application.
If I am a food vendor, I confirm I meet Alberta Health Services requirements and can provide any required permits or approvals.
I understand accepted vendors will receive an invoice by email and payment is required within 48 hours.
I acknowledge that fees are non-refundable if I cancel or do not attend, and that the organizer may offer a credit or refund if the event is cancelled.
I agree to the vendor conduct and event terms, including following emailed setup instructions, handling my own setup and tear down, allowing use of booth photos/videos/logo for marketing, and understanding that non-compliant vendors may be removed.
