By submitting this application, I acknowledge and agree that: My application is subject to review and approval by Prairie Community Events. Submission of an application does not guarantee a vendor space. If approved, payment must be received within 48 hours of my approval notification to secure my vendor space. Spaces are not reserved until payment has been received and may be released to another applicant if payment is not received within this timeframe. I am responsible for providing my own tent, tables, chairs, displays, and any equipment required for my booth unless otherwise stated. I understand that Prairie Community Events reserves the right to curate the vendor mix to ensure a balanced and successful event. I agree to conduct myself professionally and comply with all event rules and instructions provided by the event organizer. I understand that I participate at my own risk and am responsible for my own products, equipment, and personal property. Prairie Community Events, the venue, and event partners are not liable for any loss, theft, damage, injury, or weather-related disruptions. I authorize Prairie Community Events to use photographs and videos taken during the event that may include my booth, products, business name, or logo for promotional and marketing purposes. By submitting this application, I confirm that the information provided is accurate and that I have read and agree to the terms above. Payment within 48 hours of approval.
