Payment Plan Selection
Payment Instructions
Payments must be made through Zelle at premahcorp@gmail.com or through PayPal. A fee is added to each PayPal payment.
Tuition Terms Acknowledgment
• At least the chosen deposit must be paid immediately to enroll.
• Payments must be made on time according to the selected plan.
• Certification is withheld until all payments are made.
• If any payment is 10 days late, a $10 per late day fee starts on the 11th day.
Payment Agreement
• Payments must be made on the agreed schedule.
• If payment is not made, Premah Corp may retain card payment information on file and process payment 5 days after the due date.
• Penalties may include collection agency and/or small claims court.
• Upon default, the signer agrees to pay collection fees, costs, and a competitive interest rate.
• Premah Corp will pursue all legal means to collect the debt.
• Once signed, the signer is fully responsible for the full tuition whether or not they complete the program or receive a certificate.

● I agree to maintain the integrity of the group by keeping all personal stories andinformation shared during the training strictly confidential.

● I agree not to gossip or discuss personal information about group members during orbetween sessions.

● I agree to arrive on time to every class. Repeated lateness may result in dismissal withno refund or certificate issued.

● Recording the training (audio/video) is strictly prohibited.

● All training materials are intellectual property of Premah Corp.

● I agree to approach upsets, complaints, or concerns responsibly and directly with atrainer.

● I agree to take full responsibility for my own physical and emotional well-being during thetraining.

● Alcohol or drug use is strictly prohibited during the training sessions.● I understand that all hours and full tuition payment must be completed before I willreceive my certificate.

● All payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of whether I complete theprogram.

● I understand I may be asked to leave the training at any time for violating this agreementor the terms I agreed to upon applying, and I will not receive a refund or certification.
