Boot Camp (Service Ageement)

Service Description:
Boot Camp is a fast-track, virtual introductory program designed for high school students. You will gain the essentials of college admissions and have the insight to take actionable steps to strengthen student’s high school profile.
Expectations:
- Student: Attend scheduled session and provide necessary information (e.g., transcripts, AP test scores, SAT/ACT scores, college transcripts) prior to scheduled meeting. Actively engage and ask questions to maximize value.
- Parent Involvement (optional): Guardian(s) are welcome to debrief after Boot Camp session to recap the concepts covered and actionable steps that students can take.
- Provider: Deliver high-quality guidance from experienced college admissions experts, including insider knowledge and personalized recommendations. Maintain confidentiality for all program-related information and address queries as needed during active session.
Deliverables:
- Exclusive College Planning Overview presentation.
- Personalized transcript evaluation with recommendations.
- Initial college list and decoding testing strategy options for the SAT/ACT.
- Customized tips for extracurriculars, research, or internships.
- Access real data on your high school’s current/recent graduating class (if applicable)
Cost:
Total Fee: $1,399 (one-time payment).
Payment Terms: Full payment due upon signing. No refunds after program start; 100% creditable toward Junior Jumpstart or Premiere Counseling if upgraded within 3 months.
Duration:
The Boot Camp program, including prework, the main meeting, and follow-up, typically takes up to 3 hours in total. Factors such as session flow, the number of questions raised, and the complexity of the student's profile may influence the overall time invested.
Termination:
Our policy is straightforward and designed to give you flexibility:
- Full refund (minus a 3% processing fee) if you cancel at least 7 days before the first scheduled session.
- No refund once official meeting has taken place.

Premiere Prep makes no guarantees of admissions outcomes or warranties of any kind. All advice is general and advisory only; the client assumes full responsibility for decisions and actions taken. Provider is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Governing Law:
This contract is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Orange County, California.
Amendments: Any changes must be in writing and signed by both parties.
