Senior Scramble (Service Ageement)

Service Description: 

Senior Scramble is an accelerated, tailored program designed to support high school seniors (Class of 2027) in navigating the college application process efficiently and effectively. It offers two flexible service options to meet varying needs: the self-paced DIY (Essay Reviews) for focused, on-demand feedback, and the Intensive (flat-fee packages) for comprehensive, end-to-end admissions strategy and support.

Expectations (DIY- Essay Reviews)

• Student: Submit your essay drafts promptly through our secure portal and provide any necessary context (e.g., personal background, target schools, or specific prompts) to ensure targeted feedback. Engage actively by reviewing suggestions, revising independently, and iterating as needed to refine your work—take ownership of the process for the best results!

• Parent Involvement: We encourage parents to empower students to manage submissions and revisions independently, ensuring they maintain their authentic voice and navigate the process on their own terms.

• Provider: We'll deliver expert, detailed feedback from experienced consultants within 3-5 business days [but typically much sooner] of submission, focusing on structure, content, voice, and impact. Your materials remain confidential, and we'll address any clarification questions via email or a short follow-up response.

Students are solely responsible for adhering to all deadlines, completing their work, and submitting materials (e.g., essays) for review; Premiere Prep Inc. will not provide constant reminders or oversight, and assumes no liability for any delays, incomplete submissions, or resulting outcomes.

Expectations (Intensive- Flat Fee Packages)

• Student: Attend all scheduled virtual strategy sessions.  Participate fully by brainstorming ideas, asking questions, and applying our guidance to build a strong application—your active involvement drives the success!

• Parent Involvement: We encourage parents to empower students to manage submissions and revisions independently, ensuring they maintain their authentic voice and navigate the process on their own terms.

• Provider: We'll provide comprehensive, personalized support from seasoned experts, including strategic insights, timeline management, and iterative feedback tailored to your goals. All information is handled with strict confidentiality, and we'll be available for ongoing questions during sessions or via reasonable asynchronous communication.

 Deliverables (DIY-Essay Reviews):

• Targeted feedback for each essay review including suggestions for structure, content, voice, clarity, and alignment with college prompts—delivered via written comments and tracked changes.

• Access to a secure online portal for easy submission of drafts and receipt of revisions, with turnaround times of 3-5 business days [but we aim for 72 hours or less].

• High-level guidance on incorporating feedback while maintaining your authentic voice, ensuring the final work remains entirely your own.

Deliverables (Intensive- Flat Fee Packages):

• Comprehensive strategy sessions covering essay brainstorming, topic selection, and iterative feedback on drafts (guidance only; no direct writing or editing by the Senior Scramble team).

• Timeline and deadline management tools, including personalized calendars, checklists, and reminders for applications, supplements, and submissions.

• Review and enhancement support for application components that entails writing such as activities lists, resumes, UC Personal Insight Questions, Common Application Personal Statement, and essay supplements.

• Dedicated support team: Each student is assigned a personal Student Success Manager and Writing Coach for tailored guidance throughout the process.

• Unlimited strategy sessions and essay reviews (within reasonable limits), with an emphasis on intentional, high-quality interactions to maximize impact rather than quantity.

 

Cost (DIY-Essay Reviews):

10 Essay Reviews = $999

20 Essay Reviews = $1,899

30 Essay Reviews = $2,599

40 Essay Reviews = $3,299

We strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our services and are committed to resolving any concerns amicably. Refunds are generally not available once payment is processed, as the service provides immediate access to resources and on-demand feedback. However, the following exceptions apply:

• First Essay Review Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the feedback on your initial essay submission, we will provide a full credit for that review at no risk to you. We'll collaborate with you to revise and refine until you're happy with the results.
• Full Refund Option: If, after the first review, you determine the service overall is not meeting your expectations or is not the right fit, you may request a full refund minus a 3% processing fee. This must be requested within 7 days of your first submission and before utilizing additional reviews.
• No Refunds for Inactivity: Refunds will not be issued due to non-use, inactivity, delays in submissions, or failure to engage with the service (e.g., not submitting essays for review). All fees are considered earned upon payment, and it is the Client's responsibility to actively participate to derive value from the program.

For any refund requests or concerns, please contact us promptly at support@premiereprep.net so we can address them directly and work toward a positive resolution. This policy is designed to balance flexibility with the commitment required for effective college application support.

UC-only = $2,499

3 Schools = $3,499

6 Schools = $4,999

Unlimited Package [UC's + up to 20 schools on the Common Application] = $6,999

Refunds are generally not available once payment is processed, as the service provides immediate access to personalized resources, dedicated support, and ongoing consultations. However, the following exceptions apply:

• Initial Session Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the guidance provided in your first strategy session or essay review, we will provide a full credit for that session at no risk to you. We'll collaborate with you to adjust and refine our approach until you're happy with the results.
• Full Refund Option: If, after the initial session, you determine the service overall is not meeting your expectations or is not the right fit, you may request a full refund minus a 3% processing fee. This must be requested within 10 days of your first session with your Writing Coach and before engaging in additional consultations or reviews.
• No Refunds for Inactivity: Refunds will not be issued due to non-use, inactivity, missed sessions, or failure to engage with the service (e.g., not participating in consultations or submitting materials). All fees are considered earned upon payment, and it is the Client's responsibility to actively participate to derive value from the program.

Duration:

The Senior Scramble program is tailored to fit your senior-year schedule, with the option to begin as early as May for an initial onboarding session with your dedicated Student Success Manager—we'll make the most of the available time to gain early momentum! You can dive right into drafting the UC Personal Insight Questions (PIQ's) and Common Application Personal Statement (CAPS), well ahead of the August 1 release date for most official essay supplements.

We aim to complete preparations for Early Action/Early Decision applications 7-10 days before their respective deadlines. For UC applications, our goal is to finalize everything by November 25 (just before Thanksgiving). Please note that our team experiences high volumes during peak deadline periods, so early planning is key.

Ultimately, the emphasis is on achieving substantial, impactful progress rather than adhering to a strict timetable—after all, your investment is in our specialized, personalized expertise for exceptional outcomes, not merely tracked hours. Should any unforeseen issues come up, we're adaptable and ready to adjust—simply let us know!

Premiere Prep makes no guarantees of admissions outcomes or warranties of any kind. All advice is general and advisory only; the client assumes full responsibility for decisions and actions taken. Provider is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Governing Law:

This contract is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Orange County, California.

Amendments: Any changes must be in writing and signed by both parties.
