Cancellation Policy for Private and Semi Private Sessions

Presley Pilates requires 24hrs notice for cancellations of all Pilates sessions including pre-requisit hours and make-up sessions for Pilates Teacher Training. If you cancel within the 24hr timeframe, or miss your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the entire cost of the session/class.

Refunds Policy for Private and Semi Private Sessions and Packages

All private packages are non-refundable.

Private Session Package Expiration Dates

All packages have an expiration date, which is activated upon date of purchase. We cannot extend the date of expiration of a package. Expiration date on private and semi private packages is as follows: single session - 1 month, 5pack - 3 months.

Workshop and Teacher Training Registration and Refund Policies

Full payment secures your spot and confirms registration. Full refunds are available until three weeks (21 days) prior to the workshop / Teacher Training. Changes and cancellations made in the three-week period prior to the workshop are not eligible for a refund. 

Liability Waiver

I, the undersigned, being aware of my own health and physical conditon and having knowledge that my participation in any exercise program may be injurious to my health, am voluntarily participating in a physical activity. I understand and agree that during the visit I am not receiving physical therapy or chiropractic work. Having such knowledge, I hereby acknowledge this releases, any representatives, agents, and successors from liability for accidental injury or illness, which I may incur as a result of participating in a physical activity. I hereby assume all risks connected therewith and consent to participate. I agree to disclose any physical limitations, disabilities, ailments, or impairments, which may affect my ability to participate in any physical activity.
