Eligibility
All ages are accepted to play with Prestige Jouvert.
Participants must be 21 years old to drink and under 18 must be accompanied by a gaurdian on the day of the event.
Participants must complete and submit the official registration form to be eligible for participation.
Registration Process
All participants must fill out the registration form completely and accurately.
Registrations are non-transferable. Each individual must register, separately.Registration fees (if applicable) are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Code of Conduct
All participants must behave respectfully toward others and follow instructions from event staff and law enforcement.
Offensive behavior, harassment, or violence of any kind will result in immediate removal from the event without a refund.
Participants are responsible for their own belongings. The organizers are not liable for lost or stolen items.
Consent and Media Release
By registering, you consent to be photographed and filmed during the event. Images and videos may be used for promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the organizers in writing before the event.
Liability Waiver
By submitting the registration form, you agree to waive and release the organizers, sponsors, and affiliates from all liability for any injury, loss, or damage incurred in connection with the event.
You participate at your own risk.
Privacy
All personal information collected during registration will be used solely for event coordination and emergency contact purposes.
Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties without your consent.
By signing and submitting the registration form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in its entirety.
