Dress Code
· Long hair to be tied back for all Workshops
· Leggings/Cycling Shorts or Jogging Bottoms, comfortable top.
· Trainers/Pumps/Dance shoes to be worn at all times (no bare feet)
· No school shoes to be worn

Attendance & Collection
· In order to ensure a prompt start, students are required to arrive 5 minutes prior to the start of each class. Students arriving late will be kept in a holding area until an appropriate time for them to enter is available. The waiver agreement must be completed for lateness to class as All Sorts are not responsbile for any injuires that may occur if your child has missed the warm up at the start of the class. All Sorts staff will try there best to forfill this if your child is late but cannot guarntee.

· Before leaving each child mut be signed out by the Teacher and Front of house staff. No child is to leave the class without being collected or signed out.

· Children should be collected promptly, late collections will be charged at £5.00 per child for each 15 minutes past the end of the Class.

· Should the authorised adult not be available for collection you must provide a password for your child in order for them to be released.

· Should you wish your child to be released from a class without a responsible adult collecting them a disclaimer in writing to this effect must be provided, this will be held on your child’s file.

· All Sorts of Performing Arts will ensure all children are aware of the fire evacuation procedure and will hold regular fire drills.

· Due to the increased number of students attending it may not always be possible for a member of teaching staff to personally speak to you at the start or end of each workshop. Should you have any queries please contact the office via email infoallsortsofpa@gmail.com

Payment Terms
· Classses must be paid in advanced using our payment option below.

· Refunds for classses will only be given if a class is cancelled due to bad weather, venue booking change or ill health of the teacher, All Sorts will try its best to reschedule any classes/ workshops cancelled giving you at least 24hrs notice, this will only occur due to situations beyond our control.

· Unfortunately, due to costs of providing these classes, we are unable to reimburse for missed sessions for any other reason. In which case your child’s place will still be held.
