If approved, you'll be required to apply for a Contiguous License before your first day of rental.

Sunday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
(Closed Saturdays | No overnight use)

All bookings must be made in advance through our private booking link after approval.

I understand that I must apply for and receive a Contiguous License from the Idaho Board of Cosmetology before I can begin working in the studio.I will apply using Pristine Lash & Beauty Lounge’s address as my “address of record.”I understand the processing time is 7–10 business days and I must show proof of approval before booking or working.I agree to visibly display both my professional license and Contiguous License each time I work, either at my booth or with the group display at the studio entrance.I agree to clean and sanitize my space after use, dispose of trash in the back dumpster, and place linens in the laundry bin.I agree to follow all studio policies and will maintain a professional and respectful environment.I understand that I will not receive a booking link until all required licenses and agreements are submitted and approved.
What Happens After You Submit
This application does not guarantee booth access. Here's what you can expect after submitting:

1. Review: We’ll review your information within 24–48 hours.
2. Approval: If approved, we’ll send your:
- Digital rental agreement to sign
- Instructions to apply for your Contiguous License
3. Final Step: Once you provide proof of your Contiguous License approval and sign the agreement, you'll receive:
- Your private booking link
- Locker access (if selected and available)
- Info on your first rental day!
Reminder: You must show proof of Contiguous License approval before working or booking. Submitting this form alone does not grant booth access.
I understand that completing this application does not guarantee booth rental. I must be approved, submit proof of my Contiguous License, and sign the agreement before I can book or work in the studio.
