Returning Student Housing Reservation 2025-26

This form is only for current resident students looking to live on campus again during the 2025-26 academic year. New students must complete the Housing Application and pay a deposit on the bmc.edu website.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

All students who are freshmen or sophomores under 21 years of age no later than June 30, 2025, are required to live in campus housing. For those wishing to live off campus, a housing exemption form must be completed and submitted to the Office of Student Life. If you are under the age of 21, you can file for exemption for the following reasons: (1) you live at home with your parents within 50 miles of the campus, (2) you are an independent (must be filed in the Office of Financial Aid), or (3) you are caring for an family member (which must be documented by a medical physician). The exemption form is found at www.bmc.edu/student-housing. Once the exemption form is submitted, the student will be notified if his/her exemption is approved or not approved.
