For the safety of all participants, participants who bring their pets must:* This field is required.Ensure that their pet is physically fit to participate in the walk; Ensure the safety of their pet; Accompany their pet at all times during the walk; Clean up after their pet and ensure proper disposal of any waste; If the pet is a dog, keep it leashed at all times as required by lawComply with any applicable laws (e.g. keeping their dog leashed); Keep their pet under proper control to ensure that it does not cause a nuisance to any other person or pet; Take all reasonable steps to ensure that their pet does not injure, endanger, intimidate or otherwise cause distress to any other person or pet; Ensure that their pet does not damage or endanger any property. By bringing a pet to the Event, the Participant: Warrants that they are the pet’s owner or authorised handler; Grants the Organiser the right to: Photograph, film, or record their pet; Use these images and recordings for marketing, publicity or promotional purposes on any platform, without compensation or further approval. The Organiser reserves the right to require the removal of any pet that is deemed, at the Organiser’s sole discretion, to be a nuisance or safety risk to others.
