  • 1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW

    KTX is a performance-based training program created by Project: Inspire that combines dance, vocal training, performance development, and content creation into a real-world entertainment experience inspired by the K-Pop industry.

    Designed for aspiring performers ages 7–18, KTX gives students the opportunity to develop their confidence, creativity, and stage presence while learning directly from experienced instructors in dance, music, and media production.

    Students train in a collaborative environment focused on growth, teamwork, discipline, and self-expression — both on stage and on camera.

    Students train in:

    • K-Pop choreography
    • Performance techniques
    • Formations and synchronization
    • Stage confidence
    • Camera awareness
    • Performance quality and expression

    Ideal for students who want to grow as dancers and performers.

    🎤 MUSIC PATH

    Students train in:

    • Vocal technique
    • Recording sessions
    • Performance confidence
    • Breathing and control
    • Studio etiquette
    • Musical expression

    Students will gain hands-on experience recording vocals in a professional studio environment.

    🌟 IDOL PATH

    KTX’s most immersive experience.

    Students receive combined training in:

    • Dance
    • Vocal performance
    • Recording
    • Stage performance
    • Team performance dynamics

    Select students may have opportunities to participate in special performances, media content, and KTX debut team projects.

    3. PROGRAM STRUCTURE

    KTX offers:

    • Beginner Classes (7–12yo)
    • Intermediate Classes (12–18yo)
    • Hybrid training sessions
    • Performance workshops
    • Content creation opportunities
    • Showcase experiences

    Students participate in weekly classes designed to help them progressively improve throughout the season.

  • HEROIX - Payment Agreement Form

  • 1. Tuition & Class Fees
    Program includes 2-3 classes per week.
    Walk-In: $15 per class
    Music Path or Dance Path Monthly tuition: $175 per month
    Idol Path: $250 per month
    Tuition is due on the 20th of each month.

    Payments can be made via

    • Cash
    • Check (Payable to Project: Inspire. A $30 fee will be assessed for each returned/bounced check.),
    • Paypal (@projectinspireguam)

    Late payments may incur a $20 late fee if received after the due date.

    To help us stay on schedule, a $10 late pick-up fee will also apply if students are picked up more than 10 minutes after class.


    2. Registration Fee
    Seasonal Registration Fee (covers administrative costs).
    New Student: $30
    Returning Student: $20
    Due at time of registration.


    3. Media Production / Project Fees
    Project: Inspire produces high-concept dance videos and photoshoots throughout the year. Fee per project per student: $75-200 (depending on production quality)
    Video project fees cover filming, editing, studio rental, and production materials.
    Photoshoot fees cover photography, editing, and file management.
    For performances, please note there will also be a costume fee ranging from $75–$100. Parents will be notified at least 2-3 weeks in advance of each project/performance.


    4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
    Tuition is non-refundable once the month has started.
    Registration fees are non-refundable.
    Video production fees are non-refundable once the project has started.
    Withdrawals require 2-week written notice.

    FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE OPTIONS

    1. Family Discount

    • 2 Kids in Same Household - 15% off monthly tuition
    • 3 Kids in Same Household - 25% off monthly tuition

    2. 50/50 Payment Plan
    First 50% of monthly tuition fee payment is due on the 12th and the second 50% on the 24th of each month.

    Please inquire with management on how to set-up financial assistance.

  • Liability Waiver & Media Release

  • 1. Liability Waiver
    I, the undersigned parent/guardian, acknowledge that participation in the KTX: K-Pop Training Experience Program involves physical activity, including dance, rehearsals, and performance. I understand that:

    • Injuries may occur, including minor or serious accidents.
    • Project: Inspire, its instructors, staff, and volunteers are not liable for any injuries sustained by my child/children.
    • I am responsible for medical expenses if my child/children is injured during program activities.
    • I hereby release and hold harmless Project: Inspire, its staff, instructors, and volunteers from any claims, demands, or actions arising from my child’s/children's participation in the program.

    Medical Consent:
    In case of emergency, I authorize Project: Inspire staff to seek medical treatment for my child/children if I cannot be reached immediately.


    2. Media & Video Release
    I grant Project: Inspire permission to photograph, film, and record my child/children during all program activities, rehearsals, and video projects. I understand that no financial compensation will be provided for the use of these recordings. I understand that these images and videos may be used for:

    • Promotional materials (flyers, posters, newsletters)
    • Social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
    • Website and other online platforms
    • Dance video projects
