ABOUT THE SHOW (PARENT ADVISORY):
13 JR. tells a timeless story about fitting in - and standing out!
Evan Goldman is plucked from his fast-paced, preteen New York City life and plopped into a sleepy Indiana town following his parents' divorce. Now the new kid at school, he needs to establish his place in the popularity pecking order. Can he situate himself on a comfortable link of the food chain... or will he dangle at the end with the outcasts?!?
A true coming-of-age musical, 13 JR. is made especially for adolescents with a universal message about friendship and being true to yourself.
The show includes topics that some parents may have varying comfort levels, we encourage you to read over the script before committing to an audition: 13 Jr. Script. We recommend that only performers age 12+ audition.

We will NOT be calling the entire cast for all rehearsals. Once we have established the cast and looked at conflicts, we will reevaluate the schedule to only call those cast members we need on that particular day. On your Audition Form, please list ALL conflicts with the rehearsal schedule. If a conflict is not listed, it will not be allowed and may be cause for removal from the show, so please list conflicts carefully and completely. We will not be able to accept conflicts from 3/22 through 3/30 (Super Saturday, Tech Week, and Performances). Saturday rehearsals will be in the Encinitas/Carlsbad area, Sunday rehearsals will be at Project Performer. Tech Week and performances will be at the Star Theater, 402 N. Coast Hwy, Oceanside.
