Entry in the Dampier Junior Photography Awards is entirely at the entrant's own risk.
The DCA's insurance does not cover the photos exhibited during the Dampier Junior Photography Awards. The utmost care will be taken whilst handling photographs, however the DCA cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to photos, howsoever caused, which might occur whilst they are in the exhibition space.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Awards are being managed by the Dampier Community Association (DCA).
All entries will be judged on their creativity and originality.
1. Entry in the Dampier Junior Photography Awards is entirely at the entrants own risk
2. Entrants must reside within the City of Karratha
3. Entrants must be between the ages of 6 and 14 at the time of entry
4. Entry categories are: 6-8 yrs | 9-11 yrs | 12-14 yrs
5. Entries are limited to ONE per person
6. Photographs must be the entrants original work
7. Photographs must be in digital format between 2MB and 10MB
8. Photographs can be either portrait of landscape orientation (not panoramic)
9. Photographs will be printed on canvas (20cm x 30cm), with the DCA reserving the rights to crop/edit photos to fit the canvas
10. Entry fee $25.00 per entry - entrants will receive their photo printed on canvas
11. Entries are now open and will close on 4 Sept 2026
