I understand that by submitting my written responses, photos, or other materials (collectively, "Submissions") to Kelly Burleson for inclusion in a book or related works I am voluntarily providing content for possible publication.
I grant Kelly Burleson, project partners, and their licensees the right to use, reproduce, publish, display, and distribute my Submissions, in whole or in part, in print and digital form, and for any future editions, adaptations, or related promotional use. I understand that my contribution may be edited for clarity or length. I confirm that the photos or materials I submit are my own or that I have permission from the rightful owner or anyone appearing in the photo to share them for publication. I release Kelly Burleson from any claims of infringement, defamation, or violation of privacy arising from the lawful use of my Submissions as described above.
I am at least 18 years old and provide this consent knowingly and voluntarily.
All submissions will be considered, but it's possible that not all submissions will be used.
