No Refunds Policy: Please note that all booth space rentals are non-refundable. The only exception to this policy will be if weather conditions prevent the event from occurring. In such a case, we will provide a refund.
Setup and Breakdown: Detailed instructions for setup and breakdown will be sent closer to the event date. Please ensure you arrive with enough time to set up your booth before the event start time and to complete the breakdown after the event concludes.
