This Disclaimer Agreement is entered into between the applicant, identified below as 'Promisor', and Prospect Visa Consulting Corp, identified below as 'Promisee'.

Recitals

Promisor wishes to use Promisee's services to assist in completing the appropriate documentation with USCIS (United States Citizenship and Immigration Services) for a change of status in the US, along with other document preparation services involving petitions and requests of visas. The intention of this Agreement is to release Promisee and all of its employees and/or representatives from any legal action resulting from negative results in the immigration application.

Agreement

FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Promisor and Promisee agree as follows:

Promisee's role is to assist in completing the appropriate documentation with USCIS to regularize status in the US based on the information provided by Promisor.

Promisor is entering into a contract with Promisee where the company and its employees are not licensed to practice law in the United States, and therefore do not provide any legal advice nor will they give or charge money to do so.

The terms of this release form shall be construed as the entire agreement and may not be altered, amended or modified except in writing signed by both parties. The terms of this release will be governed by the laws of the State of California.
