PROTECT OAKLEY RESIDENTS

I/We the undersigned acknowledge that I/We DO NOT want or support any kind of Drug or Alcohol treatment facility at the Elk Meadows location 400 West 4200 No. Oakley Ut, 84055. I/We are against the residents of Elk Meadows having to move or relocate out of the ONLY assisted living facility in Summit County. I/We acknowledge that by Oakley City going forward with this Conditional Use Permit they are in violation of Oakley City Code: 13-5-7 which states: * A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT CAN ONLY TRANSFER IN PURCHASE IF THE CHANGE IS MINIMAL AND DOES NOT INCREASE IN DENSITY OR INTENSITY". Both of which will be violated if the current plan to allow Chateau Recovery treatment facility to purchase Elk Meadows in Oakley. The City is also in violation of Utah State Code 58-37-8 Drug Free Zone Law which states: "THERE MAY NOT BE ANY KIND OF DRUG OR ALCOHOL FACILITY WITHIN 100 FEET OF A PARK, SCHOOL OR HOUSE OF WORSHIP." If Oakley City continues to go forward with breaking Oakley City Code and Utah State Code and Law I/We will hold them liable.
