Please submit the following items for processing the renewal of your Student’s Pass:

1. Make payment of $150 for International Student ICA Administrative Fees at Bursar and attach the payment receipt.
2. A copy of your latest passport and the student pass.
3. A copy of your birth certificate. Original & English Translated copy if the original is not in English.
4. 1 passport-sized photograph taken against a white background.
5. Completed ICA Form: Application for a Student's Pass – For student (FSS/KID/PEI) [Form 16]
6. Completed ICA Form: Application for a Student’s Pass– Additional information on applicant (For student, FSS/KID/PEI) [Form V36]

1. I declare that the information given above is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge and I have not willfully suppressed any information.
2. I declare that my application for the student pass extension is subjected to Immigration & Checkpoints Authority’s approval.
