Please submit the following items for processing the renewal of your Student’s Pass:

1. Make payment of $165 for International Student ICA Administrative Fees at Bursar and attach the payment receipt.
2. A copy of your latest passport and the student pass.
3. A copy of your birth certificate. Original & English Translated copy if the original is not in English.
4. 1 passport-sized photograph taken against a white background.
5. Completed ICA eForm 16
6. Completed ICA eForm v36

2. I declare that my application for the student pass extension is subjected to Immigration & Checkpoints Authority’s approval.
