  • STEP 3: ORDER SPECIFICATIONS

    Kindly upload a picture or screenshot of the design you want. You may also send a sketch if it's a personalized design. 

    Disclaimer: We respect the works of other artists in the cake industry. However, we have no control over what our clients want for their cake design. If they send us a picture to replicate a design, we will do so.

  • GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    I. ORDER SUBMISSION, RESERVATION AND BOOKING

    a. Lead Time. Placing an order must be done at least 3 days before the date of delivery. Charges will incur if you exceed on the allowable lead time (see section IV letter d. Rushed Booking). 

    b. Order Approval. The order submitted will be reviewed by a Psycakes’ member. Once the design is approved, you will receive an email or private message confirming the said reservation.

    c. Process Time. The process time for the booking (includes review, clarification and approval of order details) may take up approximately 1-3 days depending on the details that have to be clarified and finalized before making the Invoice. 

    d. Invoicing. Once you receive your invoice, the order details will be considered final. ANY alteration (ex: date and time of delivery, cake details) is discouraged and will be charged accordingly (see section IV letter b. Change of Cake Details).

    e. Confirmation of Booking. Your booking will be confirmed once you pay the Down Payment within 2 days after receiving the invoice. Nonpayment of DP will automatically cancel the reservation.

    f. Rushed Booking. Submitting forms exceeding to 3-day lead time will make your order rushed. This type of booking will be processed within 24 hours. The expediting will be charged accordingly (see section IV letter d. Rushed Booking).

    II. BUSINESS HOURS

    a. Days Open. We are open from Mondays thru Saturdays from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. 

    b. Days Closed. Closed every Sundays. If your cake order falls on this day, you may either choose to book your cake days ahead (see section III letter g. Cake Shelf Life) or you may request to open a slot for Sunday or Monday with a charge (see Section IV letter e. Sunday/Monday Open Slot Request).

    c. Fully Booked. Psycakes will accommodate a maximum of 2 order slots per working day. If you can’t access your preferred slots, that means the slots are already fully booked or blocked.

    d. Blocked Slots. There are days on our calendar that will be blocked for special Psycakes agenda, holidays or vacation purposes. These days are non-negotiable to open.

    III. DESIGN, PACKAGING AND SHELF LIFE

    a. Starting/Base Price. This is the start-off rate for your chosen cake design. No add-ons included.

    b. Cake Design Disclaimer. Psycakes values and respects the works of other cake decorators and would like to reiterate that the photo(s) uploaded by our customers will be used for inspiration, unless requested by the latter, we will not fully replicate uploaded designs.

    c. Cake Design Add-ons. Anything added to the body of the cake like ombre effect, streaks, minimally piped flowers, etc. will be charged per item and will be added to the base price of the cake chosen.

    d. Decorative Add-ons. Any beautification pieces that will be added to the cake: sprinkles, dried/faux flowers, Gold/Silver leaf, Chocolate/Colored Drip, Toy/Printed Toppers and etc. will be charged per item and will be added to the base price of the cake chosen.

    e. Additional Doodled Characters. Doodled characters exceeding to 1 will be charged with Php 30.00 per character on a bento-sized cake, Php 50.00 per character on a mini-sized cake and Php 60.00 per character on regular and big-sized cakes.

    f. Limited Edition Cakes. The cakes that are only available in a particular time are limited edition. They will have a different set of online form. These cakes are unalterable in design. Cake flavor and size may be subjected to change depending on the team’s discretion.

    g. Packaging Add-ons. There will be a corresponding rate to the following packaging add-on: special candles, cake posts (for themed cakes and big-sized cakes) and cake board size upgrade.

    h. Cake Shelf Life. Cakes don’t get spoiled easily. They can last up to 5 days in the refrigerator/chiller. Avoid removing it from its box and the cake will survive even until a week.

    IV. CHARGES AND FEES

    a. Early Delivery Time. Requesting to have your order(s) delivered earlier than the allotted time slots will be charged with Php 100 per hour. 

    b. Change of Cake Details. Requesting to change the cake details (such as design, flavor and size) after receiving the invoice has a Php 100.00 charge. 

    c. Rescheduling. Opting to reschedule your booked date is NOT ALLOWED. However, after Psycakes has done a full assessment with your reason, and if your new preferred slot is available, we can allow you to reschedule with a Php 200.00 charge. 

    d. Rushed Booking. Your order will be considered rushed when you exceed the 3-day allowable lead time. 

    If you book an order 2 days before the date of delivery, you will be charge with Php 100.00 for mini, regular, big and number/letter Cake and Php 70.00 for Bento/Lunchbox Cakes and Cupcakes.

    If you book 1 day before the date of delivery, you will be charged with Php 200.00 for mini, regular, big and number/letter cake, Php 100.00 for Bento/Lunchbox Cakes and Cupcakes. 

    e. Sunday Open Slot Request. Rest days are crucial for us to stay productive and functioning. Requesting to open for a slot on these days sacrifices the allotted time off.

    Hence, there will be an equivalent of Php 100.00 charge if you request to open a slot for for Bento Cake and Cupcakes, Php 150.00 for Mini-sized Cake and, Php 250.00 for Regular-sized Cake and Number/Letter
    Cake, and Php 300.00 for Big-sized slot.

    V. PICK-UP AND DELIVERY

    a. Mode of Delivery. The client will pick freely the mode of delivery he/she wishes to avail. Options are Lalamove, Maxim and Grab Express for online couriers.

    b. Booking Time. Booking time refers to the time where we book your cake order for delivery. This happens (usually but not at all times) 1 hour before the Estimated Time of Arrival.

    c. Estimated Time of Arrival. This refers to the range of time of when the delivery will arrive at your pinned location. Limited to 2 slots per day: 2 PM and 5 PM.

    d. Delivery Fee. The client will be the one pay for the delivery.

    e. Delivery Disclaimer. Customize Cakes, Two-tiered Cake, Number/Letter Cake and Cupcakes must be delivered via Lalamove, Maxim, Grab Express car to ensure safety. If the customer insists on having their order(s) delivered via motorcycle, Psycakes will not be held liable to the damages during the delivery. Bento Cakes on the other hand, can be delivered via motorcycle.

    f. Pick-up Location. For those who wants to personally pick-up their cake(s) the pick-up location is in front of River of Life Int’l Christian Ministry.

    g. Pick-up Time. DO NOT pick-up your order(s) earlier than the time you chose to book. Your order is on schedule, kindly follow it accordingly.

    VI. REFUND POLICY

    a. Booking/Order Cancellation. Psycakes allows order cancellation for booked orders but WILL NOT refund the partial payment or any payment made by the customer during the booking process.

    b. Post Delivery Damages. Psycakes will not be held liable to any damages with the cake order during and after the delivery. We will not refund nor cover any costs from these types of damages.

    c. Pre-delivery Damages. We will refund the full amount paid by the client if the damages were made prior the delivery.
