APPROVAL OF VACATION / TIME OFF
An employee requesting to use Vacation Time for a planned absence must receive prior approval from Manager with as much prior notice as possible. Precision Temperature, INC does have a blackout period of vacation / time off where employees cannot take vacation between July through September. When an employee must take unplanned leave (for example, when the employee is sick or unexpected life events), the employee should notify the his Manager and/HR.
For salaried employees, only absences of one day or more for non-business reasons are debited from the timeoff accruals. Absences related to PRECISION TEMPERATURE, INC’s business needs such as business travel or other business related reasons are not debited.
Once your request is approved you will receive an email or text from the office with confirmation of the approval.
