Spiff Criteria

Unit new installation or replacement referal will get a spiff payout per customer.
- On approved and completed job from $3,000 - $5,000 the spiff amount is $50.00
- On approved and completed job from $5,001 - $10,000 the spiff amount is $75.00
- On approved and completed job from $10,001 - $15,000 the spiff amount is $100.00
- On approved and completed job from $15,001 - $20,000 the spiff amount is $150.00
- On approved and completed job from $20,000+ the spiff amount is $200.00
Please note:
- Approved job cannot be part of weekly bonus payout if a spiff is paid.
- Pending Approve Lead Replacement Estimates will expired in 30 days from the submittion of estimate.
- Maximum lifetime Spiff Payout Amount per customer is $200.00.
- Spiff pay excludes the following customers: HOBAN, SVN PROPERTIES, HCA PROPERTIES, MYND PROPERTIES, MIDLAND PROPERTIES and CON-AM PROPERTIES.
