All 2D artwork submitted to Pure for exhibition must be professionally framed, and have D rings for hanging, suitable to the weight of the artwork.

All photographs supplied to us MUST be of professional quality and 2D artwork images must be cropped to edge of the frame or unframed canvas. Failure to supply professional images could result in your work not being exhibited online for sale. 

Please Note: Artwork selected for all exhibitions is consigned to Pure for a minimum period of 9 months to maximise selling opportunity online.

Submission deadline for 16th March 2026 exhibition: 12 March

Selected artists will be notified by: 13 March

Artwork delivery to Hastings will be: 16 March

Image Requirements

• All photographs supplied to Pure must be of professional quality and 2D images must be cropped to the edge of the frame or canvas with no background showing.
• All images uploaded to a show should be JPG or PNG files.
• Image width/length should be a minimum of 2500 pixels.
• Image files should have a file size less than 30mb and sRGB color format
• File Name: Ensure filenames do not include periods other than in the filetype extension, quotation marks, commas, dollar signs, spaces, or other similar symbols as these can cause errors in image processing. The file name must include artist name and artwork title. Additional info (size) shall go after the title. Keep the file name as short as possible.
  File name example: Louisa-Crispin_Honey-Bee.jpg
