LOTS 2025 Convention Registration Form

Please submit your Registration Form on or before June 1, 2025. There is limited seating on all tours. Please register early.

All Tours have availibility.

Please complete the informaton below. Check the box to the left of the description and then select the quantity. Don't forget to select the correct lunch selections, if applicable. Please be sure to type accurate contact information and select the adult ticket option, unless the attendee is 12 or under.

To avoid paying a 3% Credit Card Fee, please print and mail the registration form Printable Registration Form. You are welcome to call to register and then schedule a check to be mailed directly from your bank to be mailed. Alternatively, fill out the form and email it to lotsbusinessoffice@gmail.com letting us know a check will be forthcoming.

Tours are not handicap-accessible.All tours are subject to change based upon demand and facility availability.
Child: ages 2 12 years old. Children under 2 are free. Children under 2 must sit on an adult's lap during travel time and lunch is not available.
No personal vehicles are allowed to follow the buses NO EXCEPTIONS!
