    • The Lake Macquarie Christmas Twilight Market will be held on Tuesday 25th November 2025 at Speers Point Park.
    • The event will run 4pm - 9pm (Bump in/out details to be advised)
    • The free event features activities for the children, along with food trucks, roving entertainment and includes a special visit from Santa! 
    • Applicants must provide a copy of their Public Liability Certificate of Currency (min. 20million)

    As per the NSW phase 2 ban on single-use plastics came into effect on 1
    November 2022. This means plastic single-use straws, stirrers, cutlery, plates,
    bowls, and expanded polystyrene food containers cannot be supplied in NSW
    after this date. This is in addition to phase 1 of the program that banned plastic
    bags since June 2022.

    All successful applicants are required to complete a Temporary Food Notiification with Lake Macquarie Council.If you have not already completed this we will provide a link that you have completed the online notification form 10 working days prior to the event.

    *A completed application does not guarantee acceptance
    *The Organiser reserve the right to refuse any application
    *Subletting and sharing of sites is not permitted.
    *Payment of your invoice by the due date secures your booking.

    *An alternate date of Tuesday 3rd December will be used if the vent is cancelled   due to scheduled inclement weather
    *No refunds if cancellation is less than seven days prior to the event.
    *The Organiser will not be responsible for loss of trade or stock due to weather.
    *Bump In information is sent on the Thursday prior to the market.
    *This application acknowledges that the Organiser is indemnified against all claims arising from damage or injury to goods or persons.
