    **Is this a free event?**

YES: Multicultural Sport Queensland and Queensland community Alliance aims to provide FREE events for community groups and Organisations.

**Where is this event being held?**

Gould Adams Park, Kingston Rd, Kingston QLD 4114 Logan

**What time will the event begin?**

15th of March, in the morning. The exact time is yet to be determined, pending team registrations. A drawn schedule will be drafted once teams are locked in.

    **Is this a family-friendly event?**

Absolutely! This is an alcohol and smoke-free event designed for families in the community to enjoy. With lots of kids activities for a family dayout.

**What activities will there be for children?**

Children can look forward to their own football game, a free kick competition, waterslides, jumping castle and face painting. Specific details are in the process of being finalised.

**Will there be food and drinks available?**

Certainly! A complimentary sausage sizzle is available for players and their immediate family. The canteen will also be open, offering additional food, drinks, and snacks.

**Is parking easy and accessible to the venue?**

Yes, venue parking is ample and easily accessible for everyone. Safe walking paths to the club and disability parking for permit holders are provided.

**Will there be shaded areas to spectate games?**

Shaded areas for spectators are available, including spots near the clubhouse. Teams are welcome to bring their own marquees. Depending on avaliability, there might be marquees available for teams to borrow on the day.

    **Will games have qualified referees?**

Absolutely, every year we ensure qualified referees oversee the games.

**What are the game details? Duration, how many, etc.**

This is a 7-aside competition. Duration and the number of games will depend on team nominations. Games typically last either 12-15minutes halfs or 25' minutes each. We aim for a 5-10-minutes break between games and a longer half-time break. Sufficient player registration is crucial for sustaining the entire day.

    **Will there be prizes?**

Yes! We are in talks with sponsors to present exciting prizes and trophies. While the event operates on a small budget, our goal is to celebrate Community get together with fairplay/sportsmanship, unity, and family gatherings.

**When can players do their individual registration?**

Once teams are finalized, a registration link will be provided for players to secure their spot. Teams must have a maximum of 25 players and a minimum of 16. Communities are welcome to enter two teams if minimum player numbers are met.
