PINK IRON WOMEN IN BUSINESS EXPO

Thank you for your interest in the PINK IRON WOMEN IN BUSINESS EXPO to be held on October 18, 2025, at The Network ATL. in East Point, Georgia. All exhibitors and attendees are not required to wear masks however, please be mindful to keep a reasonable distance from others.

*Table WILL NOT be provided only black tablecloths for all vendor levels.

*Exhibitor fee includes only (1) assistant all other staff/team members MUST purchase tickets. 

 

*Premier placement at the expo entrance, and promotional material in attendee gift bags. Also, a dedicated volunteer staff assistant for the entirety of the event.​

*Exhibitors are required to provide a complete list of all items to be sold and/or services on the day of the expo. Exhibitors will not be permitted to sell items not provided on their product list. A limited number of exhibitors per category will be approved on a first-come, first-served basis.

​*All exhibitors are required to share the event on their social media platforms, via email blast and/or direct communication. If you have more than one business ONLY 1 (one) can be represented on the day of the expo.​

*Exhibitors may load and unload at the curbside only. All exhibitors must check in upon arrival at the venue. All sponsors and VIP Vendors will have a private check-in process.

1. The event organizer reserves the right to refuse a exhibitor application at their discretion. The PINK IRON Women In Business Expo is a rain-or-shine event NO REFUNDS will be issued in the event of rain. If the weather is severe, the organizer will decide to postpone and reschedule the event.

2. NO REFUNDS all payments are final.

3. The PINK IRON Women's Expo or any of its staff, volunteers, sponsors, agents, or employees assume no responsibility for the loss or damage of or to any product(s) or personal property before, during, or after the event.

4. Exhibitors must remain set up and at their booth through the duration of the event which will conclude at 6:00 pm.

5. The participating exhibitors and/or support team is responsible for keeping their area clear of trash and food during the event.

6. No vulgar or disrespectful language will be tolerated by any business owners, the organizer, or attendees. Doing so will result in immediate removal from the event.

7. All exhibitors without their own branded apparel are encouraged to dress business casual.

 

All exhibitors MUST be set up by 11:45am EST

Exhibitors are responsible for collecting and removing their own trash from their area. Failure to do so may result in a fine and or/denial of future participation.

The event organizer (Pink Iron LLC) may terminate the exhibitor agreement between Pink Iron LLC ( Women In Business) and the exhibitor at any time upon breach of any of these rules and regulations. Upon termination, the organizer may choose to prohibit the participation of the exhibitor in all future events.

The exhibitor hereby releases and agrees to indemnify and make harmless Pink Iron LLC., The Network ATL, The Wifey Rehab, the Women In Business Expo and their employees and representatives from any and all claims of any nature for injury or loss that may result from participation or preparation for participation in the event. The exhibitor hereby fully consents to allow Pink Iron, LLC and The Wifey Rehab to use photographs/videos taken during this event for publicity and promotional purposes. The exhibitor fully consents to emergency medical care rendered by competent personnel or hospitals should such attention become necessary during the event.

Pink Iron LLC. and Women In Business Expo reserve the right to refuse the approval of an exhibitor application. Exhibitors are required to provide a complete list of all items to be sold/or services to be conducted at their booth. Exhibitors will not be permitted to sell items, provide services or conduct any other activities that are not pre-approved by the event organizer. Pink Iron LLC. and Women In Business Expo also reserve the right to assign booth spaces according to the layout and functionality of the event space. Failure to adhere to the expo rules and regulations may result in the removal of a vendor from the event and is prohibited from participating in all future events.
