By completing this form, both parties agree to the following terms:
- The Recipient agrees to pay the Provider £30 per week.
- Payment must be made on the same day each week to the providers PayPal.
- In return for the weekly payment, the Provider will provide 1 video and 2 pictures, on 2 separate days each week after the Provider’s gym sessions.
- If the Recipient is unable to make a payment for a particular week, they must notify the Provider at least 1 week before the next payment is due.
- If the weekly payment is due each Thursday.
Any failure to pay or adhere to this agreement will become void and no further content will be provided.
