    This Tenant Registration Form is required under the community’s Governing Documents to ensure all rentals are in compliance with the HOA’s rules and regulations. As outlined, all lease agreements must be for a minimum of 30 consecutive days—short-term rentals of less than 30 days are not permitted. This form helps the Association maintain accurate records of occupants and support the safety, security, and overall quality of life within the community.

  • I acknowledge that I have provided the tenants with a copy of the necessary Community Documents, including the Community Manual, Lake Rules, and Fitness Center Rules. Please add initials.*
  • I acknowledge that delinquency in payment of assessments to the Association may result in the deactivation of the renter access to the Amenity Center. Please add initials.*
  • I acknowledge that two complimentary amenity access fobs are issued to each lot. If fobs have already been issued or lost, those will be deactivated and new fobs will be issued for $20 each fob. If the 2 complimentary fobs are in possession by the homeowner, they can be transferred to the tenant at no cost.*

  • I certify the following:

    No lot may be leased for a period of less than thirty (30) days. At least ten (10) days before commencement of the lease term, the Association must be notified.

    The names of each Lessee and each other person who will reside in the Residence during the lease term must be provided, including the lessee's contact information.

    In addition to the above, by signing and submitting this form to the Association, I am agreeing to inform all residents/tenants/property managers of the governing documents for the Radiance at Superstition Vistas community. Additionally, an Owner who leases or otherwise grants occupancy rights to their lot to any person(s) shall be responsible for assuring compliance that the owner/resident/tenant/property manager must abide by the Radiance at Superstition Vistas Governing Documents and that the Owner accepts responsibility for the tenant's violation of such documents.
