    Hey there! Thanks for your interest in placing a custom rug with Rad Rugz Co. Please read our form thoroughly before submitting. You will be contacted about your custom rug 24-48 hours after submitting your form.
  • Rug Sizes: (Please note that these are base prices. Certain factors like the complexity of your rug, and type of backing may be additional.)

  • Please include an image of the rug you would like made.

    Please note that unreasonable requests will be denied.

    No colors can be a guaranteed match, I try my best to match all colours, but can only work with what is available to me.

    No details/designs can be guaranteed, the smaller the rug, the more difficult it is to tuft small details.

    Complicated images will be simplified.

    NO PORTRAITS (UNLESS VECTORIZED/CARTOONIZED), PHOTOGRAPHS (SCENERY, LIVE IMAGES), OR FAN ART

    (Images can be vectorized for you at an addiotonal cost)

  • Please read through these general terms.

    -Custom rug orders require a $200 non-refundable deposit. The rest can be paid upon completion of the rug, before shipping.

    -All rugs are non-refundable and are final sale.

    -Both terms are due to rugs being 100% custom and personalized by you.

    -The wait time once payment is received, is typically 2-4 weeks.

    -International shipping is available. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Please note that prices are dependant on location, and will be calculated upon completion of the rug. Your rug will be shipped out once the remaining balance, and shipping is paid in full. You will receive a tracking number with your order.

    -Once your rug is shipped, and out of my hands, it is out of my control. I always use tracked shipping so that you can see updates on your rugs where abouts in transit.
