After applying, you will receive a confirmation email with the next steps in the application process. This will include an invoice for the amount due. The invoice must be paid in full before May 20th, 2025. After payment has been received, no refunds will be given. Paid tables may be applied to a future show. NOTE: If payment is not received by the due date, you will be placed on the waitlist and may become ineligible to participate in future shows (excluding unforeseen circumstances, please email with any questions or concerns: audree@lovehorrorevents.com

INSIDE TABLE REQUESTS: All inside vendors will be provided with the amount of tables purchased (each table includes two chairs). Use this space, to request free standing 6ft table, no table or any additional needs/reminders for our team. N/A if no special requests are needed,
NOTE: Coverings, Drapes, Canopies and/or pipes are strictly prohibited.
OUTSIDE TABLE REQUESTS: All outside vendors must bring their own 10x10 pop-up tent, no tables, chairs or power will be provided to outside vendors. Use this space for any special requests. N/A if no special requests are needed,
NOTE: If you are an outside vendor, you will need to be completely packed up daily. You may not leave your booth up overnight, If you do there will be a penalty of a $100 and you may be subject to towing/removal of items by the venue. This is not our rule this is the venues rules.
