Drop-off and pick-up will be confirm in a follow-up email.

Only in case of heavy rain and strong wind, the Camp will be canceled. Parents will be notified as soon as possible with the updated plan.
PHOTO RELEASE

I hereby authorize Rainbow Seeds to take photographs and/or videos of my child during activities. These images may be used for promotional materials, website content, and publicity purposes, now and in the future.
Refund and Cancellation Policy

All camp fees are non-refundable. If a family decides not to attend camp for any reason, refunds cannot be issued. However, we offer a gift certificate of equal value that can be used for any future outdoor camp session.

Release, Waiver, & Indemnification Agreement

Release & Waiver of Liability:
I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, give permission for my child to attend and participate in activities at Rainbow Seeds. I release and waive any claims against Rainbow Seeds and its staff for any injury, illness, loss, or damage related to my child's participation, except if caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Indemnification & Defense:
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rainbow Seeds and its staff from any claims or legal fees arising from my child’s participation in the program, except those caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

Medical Treatment Authorization:
In case of a medical emergency, I authorize Rainbow Seeds to seek necessary treatment for my child and agree to cover any costs incurred.

Assumption of Risk:
I understand and accept that participation in camp activities (arts, crafts, games, playground) carries some risk of injury or illness, and I accept those risks on behalf of my child.
