    Flapjacks & Finds is a community-wide yard sale and pancake breakfast hosted by Rainbow Lakes Estates.

    Rainbow Lakes Estates Community Complex (Community Center) 4030 SW Deepwater Ct. Dunnellon, FL 34431 Saturday, March 21, 2026 Yard Sale: 9 am - 2 pmPancake Breakfast - 9-11 am Participant Setup: 7:30 - 8:30 am. *All cars must be out by 8:30am, must be ready to sell by 9am.* Vendor Breakdown: 2:00 - 3:00 pm *All spaces should be clear by 4pm.*

    PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU PROVIDE AN ACCESSIBLE EMAIL ADDRESS AS SETUP INSTRUCTIONS WILL BE SENT TO YOU, ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE EVENT.

    General Participation Rules:

    • A registration is required for individuals or families participating in a yard sale. Yard sale space is for individuals and families who reside within Rainbow Lakes Estates.
    • Items should be reselling personal, gently used items or personally created or cultivated cottage food
    • Items must be suitable for a family-friendly community event.
    • Each resident can apply for 1 outdoor yard sale space (approx. 10' 10') Participants must provide their own tables, chairs, and optional tent.
    • Yard sale space is free to Rainbow Lakes residents with an approved registration.
    • The Community Pancake Breakfast is free to those residing in Rainbow Lakes Estates with ID showing residency. It is $5 cash for anyone who does not reside in RLE.
    • Participants may not leave their space unattended. Someone must be there to sell your items. RLE responsible for lost or stolen items.
    • Participants must remain for the entire event and may not enter the event late or depart early.
    • It is recommended that participating seller's price their items with tags or stickers displaying the price.
    • Participants are welcomed to negotiate prices as fit. All yard sale profits, taxes, or earnings are managed by the applicant. RLE staff will not handle, collect, or manage any funds for yard sellers. RLE staff reserve the right to approve or deny items being sold. No amplified sound or aggressive sales tactics permitted.
    • The sales space must be clear, and all items removed at the conclusion of the event. Participants areresponsible disposing of all trash. Participants cannot leave behind unsold items.
    • Space assignments are determined by RLE staff.
    • Cottage food sales are permitted under a limited case-by-case basis. All cottage food sales must abide by State of Florida cottage food laws. Approved Cottage Food Products include pre-packaged and labeled foods of such as baked goods, candies and confections, honey, jams/preserves, dried fruits, herbs, seasonings and mixes, nuts, vinegars etc. Preparation or serving of any food is prohibited in the space.

  • By registering for and participating the Rainbow Lakes Estates (RLE) Flapjacks and Find Community Yard Sale and Breakfast, a community event, I acknowledge and accept that participation is voluntary and may involve certain risks. I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Rainbow Lakes Estates, the Marion County Board of County Commissions, it's staff, sponsors, volunteers, and affiliated entities, from and against, any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from my participation in the event, except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the released parties.

    I further agree to assume full responsibility for my own safety and the safety of any guests I bring to occupy my space at the event, and to comply with all event rules and instructions provided herein and by RLE staff at the event.
