Thank you for your interest in being considered for induction into the Queen Ambassadors Women’s Empowerment Society. Queen Ambassadors are women who lead with integrity, service, visibility, and meaningful community impact. Induction is selective and based on demonstrated leadership, alignment with the Society’s mission, and contribution within your community. To be eligible for induction at an upcoming ceremony, you must be a registered guest at an upcoming Go Red for Women Social and, this application must be submitted prior to the event. Applications are reviewed in advance to allow for thoughtful consideration. There is no additional fee to apply. Induction is by selection only and is not guaranteed. Selected Finalists will be notified prior to the event. Inductees are formally announced during the scheduled induction event. If not selected for the current ceremony, qualified applicants may be considered for future induction opportunities.
Applications must be submitted at least three (3) days prior to the scheduled induction event to be considered for that ceremony. Qualified applicants may be contacted prior to the event for additional review. Final inductees are formally announced during the induction ceremony.

If inducted, members participate in an annual Crown Continuation Fee of $249, due each January following induction. This fee supports Society programming, outreach initiatives, and member development opportunities.

The following policies apply to individuals who accept induction into the Queen Ambassadors Women’s Empowerment Society.

1. Membership Terms & Protection Policies

Rule:

All training materials, program content, resources, and proprietary methods shared by the Queen Ambassadors Women’s Empowerment Society are considered the intellectual property of the organization.

Regulation:

Members are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, modifying, or distributing any part of the program for personal or commercial use. Sharing program materials or replicating training sessions with non-members without prior written consent from the organization is a violation of membership terms.

2. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Clause

Rule:

Members are entrusted with exclusive access to confidential information and resources designed solely for their empowerment and personal development within the society.

Regulation:

It is strictly forbidden to disclose, teach, or transmit the program’s curriculum, exercises, or frameworks to non-members for business purposes, financial gain, or public use. Breach of this clause will result in immediate termination of membership and possible legal action.

3. Non-Compete and Program Duplication Clause

Rule:

To preserve the integrity and originality of the Queen Ambassadors Women’s Empowerment Society, members must agree not to create or operate a similar program that competes with or mimics the society’s core offerings.

Regulation:

Members shall not duplicate, replicate, or adapt the society’s programs, workshops, or mentorship models for use in their own business or coaching services. Violation of this rule will be considered an infringement of organizational ethics and intellectual property, and may subject the member to disciplinary action, including revocation of membership.

4. Image & Production Disclaimer

By participating in the Queen Ambassadors Calendar or any Beyond Beauty Productions LLC project, all participants acknowledge and agree that submitted images—whether photographed by Beyond Beauty Productions LLC or provided by the participant—may be professionally edited for quality, consistency, and production standards.

Beyond Beauty Productions LLC is the official producer of the Queen Ambassadors Calendar and all associated marketing materials. Professional editing may include, but is not limited to, color correction, lighting enhancement, background refinement, and light retouching to ensure a cohesive and high-quality final product.

Hair and makeup refinements performed during editing are representative of the professional hair and makeup services provided by Beyond Beauty Productions LLC and its creative team. These enhancements reflect the level of quality, polish, and industry standards upheld in our live and on-location services and are intended to showcase our professional capabilities.

Participants understand that editing is performed to uphold the creative vision and brand standards of Beyond Beauty Productions LLC and does not imply dissatisfaction with the participant’s natural appearance.
