1. Intellectual Property Protection Clause
Rule:
All training materials, program content, resources, and proprietary methods shared by the Queen Ambassadors Women’s Empowerment Society are considered the intellectual property of the organization.
Regulation:
Members are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, modifying, or distributing any part of the program for personal or commercial use. Sharing program materials or replicating training sessions with non-members without prior written consent from the organization is a violation of membership terms.
2. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Clause
Rule:
Members are entrusted with exclusive access to confidential information and resources designed solely for their empowerment and personal development within the society.
Regulation:
It is strictly forbidden to disclose, teach, or transmit the program’s curriculum, exercises, or frameworks to non-members for business purposes, financial gain, or public use. Breach of this clause will result in immediate termination of membership and possible legal action.
3. Non-Compete and Program Duplication Clause
Rule:
To preserve the integrity and originality of the Queen Ambassadors Women’s Empowerment Society, members must agree not to create or operate a similar program that competes with or mimics the society’s core offerings.
Regulation:
Members shall not duplicate, replicate, or adapt the society’s programs, workshops, or mentorship models for use in their own business or coaching services. Violation of this rule will be considered an infringement of organizational ethics and intellectual property, and may subject the member to disciplinary action, including revocation of membership.
