Online Draw Out Form

Form must be completed and received in the show office before the first horse runs each day. Refunds are not processed without completed forms. Please use a separate form for each rider. You may draw out for any reason with a 90% refund until the early entry deadline. After the early entry deadline, you may only draw out with a veterinarian or doctor excuse or obvious injury with a 75% refund. After the first horse runs each day, no refunds will be given, and contestant will be scratched without refund and remain in the payout. Once your entry has been taken by the show office, you are considered entered for the run and no refunds will be given. Any transaction fees are nonrefundable. Refunds are sent to the issuing payment card unless otherwise requested.
