Please use a separate form for each rider or horse change. Change forms must be submitted to the show office BEFORE pre-entries close. Additional change forms can be completed in person at the show office BEFORE the first horse runs each each day. Once substituted, only that horse may be ridden in that position and only that rider may compete in that position. Horse must be ridden at their assigned draw position even if horse or rider is already entered in race. The same combination of horse and rider cannot be repeated in the show. You can not change both horse and rider. This form is a one-to-one change. Any additional side pots can be added at the show office BEFORE the first horse runs each day.
