Once you pick out a rat/rats, you will have to pay 50% of the adoption fee; this is a non-refundable deposit. This goes towards the adoption fee of the rat. For instance, if a rat is $50, you will need to pay $25 at the time you reserve your rat and pay $25 at pick up. You can send the money via Zelle, Paypal, or Venmo. Do you accept this?

My rats are disease/pathogen free. When you adopt a rat from me, I can guarantee they are completely healthy once they leave my home. I am not responsible for any disease they get once they are out of my hands. BUT, I am always willing to give FREE medicine to my adopters if their rats have catch a URI or infection. Do you understand this?

When adopting my rats, could you please keep me updated with any behavioral/general health problems? All of my rats are healthy and tame when they go to their new homes, but some things can pop up unannounced in the future. Examples of this are temperament change, aggressiveness, tumors, etc. This will help better my rat lineage and I can make sure my genetic lines are always healthy and acceptable rats.

If you ever find that you cannot keep/do not want the rats you adopt from me, you MUST contact me and let me know. I can either take back my rats or help you find a suitable home for them. I will also help you find a home for any other rats that you may have! Do you agree to this?

Do you want to breed my rat(s) you purchase?

If yes, tell me why you want to breed and if you have any experience. Note: It is an extra $40 for breeding rights. You will also need to fill out a separate application that can only be obtained if you fill this question out.
