LIMITATION OF RAVEN’S RETRO RESIN’S LIABILITY/TERMS OF SERVICE:

Customer wishes to hire Cryptic Couture for floral preservation services. By placing a deposit and sending/bringing your flowers into our studios you hereby agree to our Terms and Conditions as stated:

1.)This is your consent to allow Cryptic Couture to create your preserved floral art using best judgment with your florals. 2.)Full payment is due before the resin process begins. 3.)Each order is customized to suit you the customer; you have therefore given us permission to complete this work on your behalf. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the flowers reach our studios in the best condition. The date that Customer delivers flowers to Cryptic Couture is the Reservation Date. The Reservation Date should be as soon after the event as possible to ensure the best results possible. Even under the best circumstances, the flowers will change color. As time passes, the flowers will become softer and more antique looking. 4.)Shipping preserved flowers can be costly and without any guarantee that your flowers will arrive in good condition. Consider this option carefully.5.)All flowers that we accept and preserve become 100% of our property until all fees applicable for preserving etc. are paid in full.6.)Cryptic Couture is not responsible for damage or loss of flowers due to power failure, fire, flood, equipment failure, or any other acts of nature beyond our control. However, Cryptic Couture shall immediately notify Customer and may offer to refund Customer’s payment or to replace the flowers, at our discretion.7.)Customer acknowledges that floral preservation is a scientific process and that many factors affect how successful a certain preservation attempt will be. Cryptic Couture should be consulted in advance regarding Customer’s floral selection. If Customer chooses not to consult with Cryptic Couture regarding the specific flowers to be preserved, Cryptic Couture shall not be in any way responsible if the floral preservation is unsuccessful. Customer understands and agrees that Customer is responsible for payment of floral preservation process, regardless of the results.8.)Due to limited space, Customer agrees to pick-up finished flowers within 7 days of notification by Cryptic Couture.. In the event that the Customer has not contacted and/or arranged for pick-up of flowers within 14 days of notification that flowers are completed, Cryptic Couture shall charge customer a $20 storage fee for each additional week the flowers remain on the premises. In the event that Customer does not contact Cryptic Couture within 28 days of notification, Customer’s flowers will be considered abandoned, flowers will become property of Cryptic Couture and Customer shall have no right to receive monetary reimbursement for flowers nor to receive monies previously paid.9.)In no event shall Cryptic Couture become liable to Customer beyond the amount of monies paid by Customer to Cryptic Couture. Customer releases Cryptic Couture for all liability beyond such value.10.)Some flowers may change slightly during the preservation process and some color changes may occur through the moisture extraction process flowers can turn darker or lighter shades; For instance, white flowers tend to turn an ivory shade, while purples and oranges tend to deepen during the drying process. Certain shades of yellow will darken and reds will have a hint of plum. The translucent/brown spots are bruises that happen to a flower during its lifetime. Bruising can happen when the flowers are alive, I understand that translucent and brown spots may occur and will show only when the resin is poured/or flowers are pressed.11.)All bouquets are disassembled so each flower can be individually dried to ensure 100% moisture removal. After we disassemble the bouquet, we complete a quality check on all flowers. If there are any signs of mold or significant bruising, we will contact you to inform you that certain flowers will need to be replaced. 12.)In the resin bouquet design your flowers will maintain their original shape during the drying stages. In pressed flower designs the flowers and/or petals will be flattened within the arrangement. This is an abstract design, and the look of the flowers will differ from how they looked as a whole bloom due to the shape being altered in the drying process and within the design.13.)Cryptic Couture products are handmade. There may be micro air bubbles in the resin14.)Cryptic Couture must receive a nonrefundable $150 deposit that will go towards the final price when you book. Full payment of the remaining balance shall be paid by the customer when your receive the final invoice before the pouring process begins.15.)We are not responsible for any damage or failure of product after the product leaves our studio.16.)We reserve the right to use photographs or videos of your piece or any portion thereof for marketing and advertising.17.)Due to the customized nature of the design, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. Any finished keepsake not picked up within 28 days after you have been notified will be considered abandoned and will then become the property of Cryptic Couture to be used for displays or samples at our own discretion. It is the customer's responsibility to inform Cryptic Couture of any changes to their contact information (phone number, address and/or email address).18.)Returns & refunds are accepted for all ready to ship items, please contact us & return the item within 28 days of purchase. Buyer is responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in it's original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.19.)All of the information regarding our products & the process is provided on these pages. By booking your preservation you are agreeing that you have read & have accepted our policies regarding quality, design, cancellations & refunds.  We reserve the right to cancel or decline orders.  If you have any questions about our products, terms, policies etc please contact us prior to production and we will be happy to help.
