    Position Overview: As a Client Success Manager (CSM) at Scaling with Systems, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with our clients and guiding them to full adoption and absorption of our programs. We are searching for a dynamic individual with a proven track record in client success experience, who thrives on developing strategic relationships and is deeply aligned with our core values.  You are the strategic operator and creator coach for the portfolio of clients you'd be responsible for.  

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships by proactively engaging in strategic account planning with large, complex organizations.
    2. Ensure clients understand and experience the ROI/value SWS delivers.
    3. Regularly meet with clients, both virtually and in person.
    4. Maintain a keen understanding of the SWS product offerings and updates.
    5. Uphold the values of Scaling with Systems in all interactions and decision-making processes.


    Qualifications:

    1. 5+ years of experience in customer success management or equivalent role.
    2. Proven proficiency in customer retention and growth in a B2B environment.
    3. Exceptional communication, accountability, leadership, teamwork, & cross-group collaboration abilities.
    4. Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent work experience).
    5. Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.


    Mandatory Platforms, Software and Skills Experience (Mandatory):

    1. Facebook Ads (Targeting, KPI’s, Data-based Decision Making, Overall Strategy)
    2. YouTube (Coaching/Content Creation), YouTube Studio/Analytics 
    3. Funnel Building Software
    4. Sales (Ideally High-Ticket, $5k+)
    5. Copywriting/Persuasive Copywriting (Emails and Ads)


    Nice to Have Platforms, Software and Skills Experience:

    1. Slack
    2. Go High Level
    3. Asana
    4. Hyros
    5. CRM’s (Hubspot, Salesforce, Close.io, Pipedrive, etc.)

    KPIs You'll Be Measured On:

    1. Cash Generated Per Account Managed
    2. NPS Surveys, Client Reviews 
    3. YouTube-Specific Analytics for Accounts Managed 
    4. ROI For Accounts Managed 
    5. Client Response Time

    Location: Remote

    Travel: Event Specific, 2-3x Per Year (3 Days Max Per Trip)

    Comp: Base + Variable Comp, OTE > $90k/year.
